Under this protocol, each GDA cooperator can access one annual otorhinolaryngology or general and family medicine check-up free of charge. To access this benefit, they should contact the Fernando Pessoa Hospital.
Remarks
To benefit from the discounts on unscheduled consultations listed in this protocol, GDA cooperators must identify themselves at the Hospital-Escola Fernando Pessoa by presenting their ID card, their GDA cooperator card and the credential issued by the GDA Foundation, with a description of the medical consultation to be carried out, its day and time.
