This program aims to support the involvement of professional artists in the domains of Dance, Music, and Theatre in international training and skill development activities. Its objective is to aid in acquiring and reinforcing knowledge and advancing technical and artistic abilities within their respective professional realms. By doing so, it seeks to broaden their career horizons and create additional job prospects on national and international fronts.

Support for producing national short fiction films, promote and professionalise the work of performers in these works, and encourage the dissemination and development of their professional careers.
