The GDA Foundation and GEDIPE - Associação para a Gestão Coletiva de Direitos de Autor e de Produtores Cinematográficos (Association for the Collective Management of Author's Rights and Film Producers) jointly promoted this program, created to respond to a concern shared by both entities, which arises from the precariousness of the job market for actors in the arts sector, particularly for actors and actresses up to the age of 30 and over 60.
For reasons related to the level of performance of Contratação+, the promoters decided to suspend the program for possible reassessment.

Art Without Borders

This program supports performers with disabilities to encourage and foster personal and professional growth. It includes mechanisms for training and incentives for artistic production organizations to hire these artists, promoting inclusivity and opportunities within the performing arts sector.
